Usage rules and financial liability disclaimer.

1. Acceptance

By downloading and using Keyah, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please refrain from using the application.

2. Nature of the Service

Keyah operates exclusively as a digital linking and directory platform. Its function is to facilitate the connection between potential donors and verified Civil Associations (Non-Profits) through technology.

3. Financial Liability Disclaimer

The user expressly acknowledges and accepts that:

  • Keyah is NOT a financial entity: We are not a bank, payment processor, or fund intermediary.
  • Keyah DOES NOT touch the money: All donations are made directly between the User and the Civil Association using external services (Banking Apps, CoDi®, DiMo®, SPEI®) regulated by Banco de México.
  • Disclaimer: Arewa Labs is not responsible for transfer errors (wrong amounts, wrong accounts), failures in third-party banking applications, or the final destination of the donated funds.

4. Local Storage and Data Loss

Since this is a "Local-First" architecture application, the user understands that Arewa Labs does not have backups of their information in the cloud. It is the user's responsibility to protect their device. In case of loss, theft of the phone, or uninstallation of the App, the information saved in Keyah (history, favorites) will be permanently lost.

5. Registered Trademarks

The trademarks CoDi®, DiMo®, and SPEI® are property of Banco de México. Their mention in this application is solely informative to describe available transfer methods. Keyah has no direct affiliation with said entities.
